                         So 2014 is here!!! I have been looking for a planner for the last few days so I thought I'd go check out Flipkart.com and guess what!!! I went online looking for a planner and ended up with a bag full of really trendy and fashionable items! I was always under the impression that they had stationary, books and tonnes of electronic gadgets so I was both surprised and pleased to see a women's lifestyle page with over 500 brands.

DIY- Clear Clutch

Hello my lovelies !!!!
                 Sorry I haven't been posting a lot lately. My cousin got married last week and my sister is getting married next week so there is a lot of craziness in the Shroff household!

                 Clear clutches and accessories have been a big trend in 2013. But unfortunately plastic isn't cheap! You can't get a clear clutch for less that 25-30$ and thats a lot for a plastic bag! So I thought I'd make my own and guess what it looks super chic, its easy and it cost me less that 5$. :)

I bought the plastic from a wholesale vendor at Crawford market in Mumbai and the screw on spikes from a store near Cheap Jack on Hill road, Bandra.

My New Youtube Channel!!!

I am really excited to tell you all that I have launched my second YouTube channel called Scherezade Shroff ! This channel will have a lot of fashion & beauty videos, makeup & hair tutorials and loads of madness. I will be shooting a lot of these videos myself and editing them too so be kind if they aren't as good as the ones on my other channel Fashion Tube ;) I just wanted to have another channel that I could do crazy stuff on which is why I thought of launching one more. Be Beautiful & Vlog On

For the first time in India Youtube & Be Beautiful came together to host an event on vlogging ! I can't tell you how much fun it was. Im so excited that India is getting excited about vlogging and Indian Youtubers. Ever since I started working on Fashion Tube I knew that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.  And for me thats huge coz I have gone from being a Model to a lawyer to a blogger to a vlogger! Sometimes it takes a while to find your calling but when you find it and you know that this is what you want to do, the feeling is amazing. So well the plan is to be India's biggest beauty/fashion vlogger!

Coming back to the workshop. It was a 12 hour long event right from breakfast to dinner with great sessions by youtube, make up expert Clint Fernandes, Bumpy from 120 Media Collective and Ambika Anand. I think its a great initiative and I hope lots of  bloggers will turn into vloggers and us vloggers will turn into Indian Youtube Beauty Guru's ;). My favourite part of the workshop was the DIY contest where we were divided into teams and asked to make a channel promo. I was really lucky to be in the same team as fellow vloggers Aanam, Sonal and Rishab. We had soooooooooooo much fun shooting and editing our promo. We will probably also shoot a collab video really soon! 

Thank you Be Beautiful and Youtube for strengthening my belief that Im going to be the biggest Indian Beauty Guru on Youtube.
